Single- or two-piece housings are machined from 6061-T6 billet. Battery compartments, emitter pockets, and switch features are held to ±0.05 mm; O-ring grooves and sealing interfaces follow the approved drawing. Laser diodes and lens stacks are assembled in an ESD-controlled clean area. The collimation lens is aligned on a dedicated fixture and bonded with optical adhesive. Electronics integration电子集成
Driver PCBs and switch assemblies are soldered, inspected, and conformal-coated for moisture protection. O-rings are installed with dielectric grease, followed by a 2 bar pressure-decay test on every unit. Each laser and light product then completes IPX7 immersion verification.
