Each scope routes through five process stages, all in the same complex. The mechanical envelope is built first; optics are integrated and aligned in a dedicated clean area; nitrogen purge and sealing run as the final wet operations; collimation and end-of-line testing close the program. Process data is logged against the unit serial.
Tube and turret machining镜身与塔台机加工
Main tubes turned and milled from 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 billet on 4.5-axis indexed mills. Concentricity held within 0.02mm runout across full tube length. Turret bodies cut on Swiss-type platforms — ±0.005mm on critical features. Threads (M52×0.5 / M58×0.5 retaining-ring threads, eyepiece focus threads) cut and gauge-verified.
Pre-anodize inspection and finish阳极氧化前检验与处理
Type II decorative anodize for sporting finishes; Type III hardcoat for tactical and high-wear builds. CMM dimensional inspection per program AQL on milled features before anodize. Color match to FDE, OD, graphite, or custom Pantone via in-house dye library.运动型外观用二类装饰阳极氧化；战术与高磨损型号用三类硬质阳极氧化。阳极氧化前按项目 AQL 用三坐标测量仪检测铣削特征。可对比 FDE、橄榄绿、石墨灰或定制 Pantone 色，由内部染料库实现色匹配。
Optical assembly and collimation光学装配与校直
Lens stacks bonded with optical cement in a controlled clean assembly area. Erector tube installed and fixed. Reticle alignment verified on autocollimator before housing seal. FFP and SFP reticles indexed to the programmed elevation/windage zero.镜片组在受控洁净装配区使用光学胶水粘接。安装并固定物镜筒。壳体密封前由自准直仪验证分划板对正。第一焦平面（FFP）与第二焦平面（SFP）分划板按设定的高低/风偏零位索引。
Nitrogen purge and waterproof seal氮气填充与防水密封
Housing assembly sealed with O-rings and a controlled nitrogen-fill cycle. Positive-pressure leak test on every unit; failure rate logged per lot. IPX7 immersion test on a sample plan per AQL 0.65, with full immersion test on every aerospace and high-end program unit.壳体装配以 O 形圈密封并执行受控氮气填充周期。每件做正压泄漏测试，按批次记录失败率。按 AQL 0.65 抽样做 IPX7 浸没测试，航空航天与高端项目则每件全检浸没测试。

Recoil cycling on a sled fixture for tactical and military-style builds; drop-and-cycle for hunting. Final collimation verified, parallax adjusted to programmed range. Dimensional verification尺寸验证
Critical dimensions are checked against the approved drawing. Tube concentricity, turret travel, threads, and mounting interfaces are recorded before assembly.依据批准的图纸检查关键尺寸，并在装配前记录镜管同心度、调节塔行程、螺纹和安装接口。
Optical alignment光学校准
Reticle position, parallax, focusing, and adjustment tracking are verified. Results are logged against the unit serial number.验证分划位置、视差、调焦和调节跟踪，并将结果记录到对应产品序列号。
Seal & immersion test密封与浸水测试
